Hey everyone, and welcome to this part of the website, where you get to know a little bit about who I am.
Basically I am what would term a survivor and achiever. I try very hard to be inspirational to others as they go through rough spots in thier lives, relying heavily on the various triumphs I have had as examples. My head injury occurred in 1974 when I was nine years old. I was hit in the head by a Cadillac while running after the boy that stole my bike. I speant about three weeks in a coma, followed by a time in a semi-private room in the same hospital. Work in a rehabilitation hospital took up about another six weeks, after which I was able to go home.
The ensuing years had many challenges, socially, emotionally and physically. Some of these continue on to this day, just two days before the twenty-eighth anniversary of my head injury. But along with these challengs are many triumphs, and it is these that mean the most out of the experience. I have been able to use what happened as a spring board to making new growth come out of the fertile ground of oppurtunities. Alive & Well is an example of this. I hope you enjoy your visit and keep coming back.

Animal Love
I have a special place in my heart for animals. Wolves are especially powerful agents of healing in my life, and I hope and pray for the continuation of thier being with us, espscially in the wild. Hawks are also very important. Wolf is my spirit animal and Hawk is my spirit guide. You can find links for wolves in this website.
